Privacy policy
Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply, and don't sell or share it.
This policy covers triadfieldtech.com, operated by Triad Network Infrastructure Consulting Inc. ("Triad", "we"). We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Contact and assessment forms: your name, company, work email, phone (optional), number and type of sites, and anything you write in the message. If you send your network check results, your answers and scores.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check.
The network check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to send your results.
How we use it
To reply to you, follow up on your request, and send you a copy of your results if you ask for one. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don't sell or rent your information.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and stored in our business email. These service providers may process data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're in contact with you and for up to two years after, unless you become a client, in which case normal business record rules apply.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time through the contact page.
